At RHP Mortgage we have over 50 years of progressive financial and management experiences specializing in service industries with particular emphasis in banking, mortgage banking, and related industries such as credit, collections, escrow, and the appraisal arenas. We have been a certified public accountant licensed in the State of Washington since 1974. We has consulted with numerous companies regarding all significant aspects of financing and organizational management issues and opportunities. These opportunities cover business plan development and installation, capital infusion, SEC and legal issues, IPO considerations, cash management, equity and debt markets investing, and day-to-day business management and operations. Randy has personally owned and managed three mortgage brokerage and banking companies.

We have been co-owners of a mortgage banking/brokerage firm from 1991 to 1997. Our experience and abilities include the following: has FNMA conventional, VA automatic, and FHA direct underwriting capabilities; has prepared applications to VA & FHA for those approvals; handling of day to day operations, supervising underwriters, processors, and loan officers; direct responsibility for all accounting functions including payroll, trust accounting, and monthly statements; worked closely with appraisers, inspectors, outside lenders for brokered loans, and realtors; supervised closed loan procedures from processing to marketing, locking, shipping and insuring files; handled relationships with escrow companies, ultimate end lenders, and outside vendors. Since 1971 has worked in many facets of the financial industry such as savings and loans, title companies, escrow companies, mortgage bank, and mortgage broker.
