To setup Action Plans go to Tools, Setup Options and choose Action Plans.

Calculate Action Plans on Startup: By choosing Yes to this option, WorkCenter will automatically review all pending action plan steps, everytime you start WorkCenter.
A list of items ready to process will be automatically presented to you for review and/or action.
Schedule calendar items due over the next: Instructs WorkCenter to look ahead, in this case for a Month. This action allows you to plan ahead and see what items you have pending on your day-to-day calendar. This feature can be used to remind you of key dates or time frames that you expect to happen within your workflow.
Review Emails before sendng: By choosing the option Yes, Allows you to pre-view and make any changes before sending any Emails or letters to client(s).
Review Letters before Printing: By choosing the option Yes, Allows you to pre-view letters before being printed, and make any changes if needed.
When items fall on a weekend, those items should be: Move to Monday There are several options to choose from as the image below shows.
These options allow you to be more realistic with your weekends, if one of the steps in your action plans fall on weekend, such as; a phone call or a meeting. It allows you to move that item to a Friday, Saturday, Monday or leave it scheduled for that day.

Note: We recommend you keep the default settings in Action Plans until you become an active user of the plans. These default settings are programmed for the benefit of our users.
