By Choosing the Reports Tab allows you to view Calendar, Contacts, Contacts - modified and/or Added, Journal, Leads, loans and any custom filters that you have created using the Filter Builder.

WorkCenter comes standard with 10 custom Contact reports as shown in below image.

As you can see if you open all reports, the reports section has 35 custom reports for your use. You can create an unlimited number of reports from these reports and your database.

We have discussed under the loan report section how to Customize Reports. The Reports section and mining capabilities of WorkCenter are very powerful tools for your use. You can use these reports to mine the data in your database and then manage your leads or contacts by selecting this mined database of information and adding these names to a list in the Contact List Manager. Once they are in a list, you can then run Action Plans using these lists.
