Top Previous Next |
The Contact List Manager gives you the ability to categorize your contacts in an easy to view organized table, enabling you to view your contacts or vendors that are associated with the fields that are listed, such as; Appraiser, CPA, Listing Agent, Etc. You may also create your own Groups and/or custom fields. Example: Referrals.
WorkCenter is designed to allow you to control and monitor your contacts using these lists. This is especially true when you use the Action Plans.
You also have the ability to add an unlimited number of new lists and subgroups to the Contact List Manager. You have the ability to filter your database by these specific lists showing only the contacts you have in your specific list.
WorkCenter comes standard with 11 major lists and sub-lists in the Contact Lists Manager.

The Contact List Manager is a great example of WorkCenters relational capabilities, for instance; If you want to view a vendors history or what loans he/she are associated with, open a group and choose a field, such as; Loan Officer and then either double click or right click with your mouse and choose Filter Contacts by List. All the Loan Officers that you have in that list will then be displayed to the left where your Contacts were located in a new list called Contacts in LIST.
Choose a vendor from the Contacts in LIST and then click on the Contact Tab. Once that view (Contact Tab) is open there will be more tabs below named Notes, Info, Current, Links, Journal, Documentsand Loans. Click on the Loans Tab and that vendors loan history will be shown.

The Contact List Manager also has the same capabilities as the Scheduler, in that you are able to drag and drop single or multiple contacts into the existing group or customized group fields. Example: If you want to drag into the Contact List Manager all of your leads that you have purchased that have invalid e-mail or home addresses, you would select those from your Contacts, by choosing either the Ctrl key or Shift key methods (See Keyboard Shortcuts for instructions), then open the Group: Leads in the Contact List Manager and drag them into the refundable Leads field. Why pay for leads that have incorrect/invalid information?
