Your Contacts will be located on the left hand side of your screen after you have imported or vSynced them into WorkCenter.

To Insert record, Create New, Delete record, Post edit, Cancel edit, Refresh data, or Filter data in the Contacts List, choose from the buttons at the bottom of the Contact List as shown in the above image.
