Converting Documents to PDF

The WorkCenter Word documents can be converted to PDF format by opening any Word document in the Library and selecting File then Export ...

The Create PDF window opens, click on the Create PDF button below and the document will open in Adobe, once opened you may close the Adobe document and it will have saved the document in PDF format in the WorkCenter Library. You may also tell Create PDF where you want to save the PDF document, If you wanted to save the document to another location then inside the library.

 

NOTE: Currently you may only convert to a PDF document if you save it outside of WorkCenter.
