Creating Contacts

Insert record, Delete record, Post edit, Cancel edit, Refresh data, Filter data

Note: These buttons are consistant throughout the different tabs and functions inside WorkCenter.

 

You can create a new contact either by clicking on the New Record icon shown here: NewRecordIcon, which is located top left in the WorkCenter menu or by clicking on the Insert record button InsertRecordIcon. Located below the Contacts List.

 

All buttons shown below are located at the bottom of the Contacts List.

 

To insert a new record into the Contacts List, choose the Insert record button  InsertRecordIcon This will create a new contact record.

 

To delete a record in the Contacts List, choose the Delete record button  DeleteRecordIcon

 

The Save edit button  saveedit saves the changes made to the current record.

 

The Cancel edit button  CancelEditIcon cancels the current record you are creating.

 

The Refresh data button  RefreshDataIcon refreshes the view of your contacts.

 

The Set Bookmark button  SetBookmarkicon See Links Tab.

 

The Link To Bookmarked Contact button   LinkToBookmarkIcon See Links Tab.

 

The Filter data button  FilterDataIcon opens the Filter Builder.
