Creating Links |

Links are used to show the relationship between contact records, such as; Employee of or Referred by.
To Create Links to different contact records follow the steps below. For demonstration purposes we will be creating a referral link.
Step 1. Choose the person who was referred to you in the Contacts List and then click on the Set Bookmark button, shown in below image.

Step 2. Now choose the person who referred the contact to you, and click the link button shown in below image.

Step 3. Now open the contact who referred the client to you; click on the Links Tab and choose from the drop down list Referred.
Now you have that link referral, IE: Bonnie Buyout Referred Louis Armstrong.
You can also create a new group in the Contact List Manager called Referrals and drag each contact that has referred clients to you, to that group.
