Custom Fields

Watch for notification from WorkCenter that these advanced features have been enabled.

 

Custom Fields allow you to define your own fields to be used on your forms and for tracking additional information about your contacts.

Notice in the below image Satisfied customer: Mary Sue Glidden and the quotes below that, these fields can used for customized letters and Emails. Please read below for detailed information about the My Information, Contact, and Loan Tabs.

 

My Information Tab

Clicking the Edit button opens the Custom Fields Editor allowing you to edit your professional information and to create custom fields of your own. This allows you to program those fields into the library documents when Editing Documents or Programming Documents.

These custom fields are then added to the Group:My CustomFields when viewing the Available Fields

Note: These fields are auto populated with your personal information when you initially downloaded WorkCenter and completed the installation wizard. You can change/update this information at any time by typing in your information here between the blue curly brackets {...} or by Clicking the Edit button to open the Custom Fields Editor.

Contact Tab

The fields you edit or create here become default Custom Fields in the Info Tab located in the Contact Information,  it also adds these fields to the groups: My Custom Fields and the Contact Custom fields when viewing the Available Fields list.

Loan Tab

The Loan Tab will be enabled in a future version of WorkCenter.
