Customized Filtering of Contact Reports

You have the ability to customize the view and formatting of your contact and other reports. For this example, we will open the report "All Contacts" by double clicking your mouse on the report heading in the left side of your screen. Once the report is opened, click on the "View Visible Columns" icon located to the left of heading called "Active"

Once you click on this icon, you will get a drop down box showing names and boxes. Any box that is checked will appear inside your report.

 

Once you have selected the views by clicking on the appropriate boxes, you can then arrange the columns in the order of your choosing. To do this, click and hold down your

mouse button on the column you wish to move (for this example, we will move "LoanOfficerName" column to the left of the "Locked" column.  Drag the column to the left until you see two GREEN arrows appear between the "BorrowerName" and "Locked" headings.  At this time release your mouse.  The "LoanOfficerName" column will now be moved and inserted to the right of the "BorrowerName" column.

If you wish to keep this view on this report, you will now need to save the report. Right click with your mouse button inside the report and then select Save Report as... from the drop down menu and you will see the Reports menu box appear.

The Group box is for the major headings inside your reports.  The Name box is the name you wish to choose for this report.  For this example, we just wanted to change the column headings view and keep the same names associated with this report so we will not change anything and then click on OK. 

If you wish to create a new report, simply change the headings by typing into the box and then clicking OK.
