You have several options to choose from for the WorkCenter Database; Backup, Compact, Re-Update and Set Password.

Choose Tools, Database and any of the options listed.

Backup will create a copy of the Database on your local disk.

Compact will shrink the size of the Database.

Re-Update will update the database with the current information entered in WorkCenter, in case of power outage or machine crash the current information that you are working on has been updated and is saved to the Database.

Set Password will create a password protected Database. (This feature will be available soon).
