For this example we will use a PDF document (Condo checklist), to drag and drop into the WorkCenter Library.

To drag and drop letters into the WorkCenter Library, Save a document to your desktop, open WorkCenter and click on the Library Tab to open the Library, now size WorkCenter so you are able to see both the document saved on your desktop, and the WorkCenter library.
Now left click with your mouse and hold down the document while dragging into the WorkCenter library and then let go of the mouse button.

The library Item box will appear. For this example, we will change the category to "WorkCenter PDF Forms" and keep the document name as "Condo Checklist" and then click "OK".

Notice that the Condo Checklist Pdf form has been imported into the WorkCenter Library.

You have the option to print or Email this document to a client. To email the document to a client, select the client (for this example we will select Armstrong, Louis) from the Contacts, then click on the Condo Checklist form and then click on the email icon located above in the WorkCenter Menu.
You will notice the PDF form will open, allowing you to make changes (if the PDF file has fields already programmed to acept data input) and when completed, click on the SEND button.
WorkCenter will open your defaulted Mapi email system and attach the PDF form to this email.

If your client has an email address inside WorkCenter, it will automatically put this email in the To: section for the outgoing Email address.
