The Contact List Manager also has the same capabilities as the Scheduler, in that you are able to drag and drop single or multiple contacts into existing or customized fields. To select multiple contacts and drag them into the Contact List Manager, use either the Ctrl Key or Shift Key methods (See Keyboard Shortcuts for instructions) then hold down your left mouse button while dragging them into the appropriate Group and field in the Contact List Manager.
