Control Docking Settings

(WorkCenter has been pre-programmed for the standard user, we suggest you become familiar with WorkCenter before changing any of these settings).

The Control Docking settings allows you to dock or undock portions of the program, giving you control of how you work and what you see.

Example: If you want to undock the scheduler, you would minimize WorkCenter by clicking the restore down button shown here: RestoreDownButton located in the uppermost right hand corner of WorkCenter, and then either left click the WorkCenter Schedule title bar or double click it and drag to your desktop. This enables you to choose other tabs and/or areas of WorkCenter, while being able to view the scheduler.

ScheduleTitleBar

To hide or unhide the 2 months calendars to the right of the Scheduler when the Scheduler is docked click on the X. Note: when undocked it will automatically hide the months view.

ScheduleXout

To Customize the Control Docking Settings click on the + sign next to the Control Docking Settings in Setup Options, it will then open to allow you to choose the Schedule, Library, Reporting, and the Web Center docking settings. By choosing Yes to any of these settings allows you to undock those windows from WorkCenter.

By clicking the + sign next to the Undocked Settings allows you to see the Show Date Navigator:, Restore Position:, and Current.

By choosing NO on the Show Date Navigator will hide the 2 months calendars and the windows below it IE: Task Manager, when viewing the Scheduler.

The Restore Position: (not currently functional)

By choosing Yes on Current, allows the Current Tab to be un-docked.

Note: Double clicking any undocked window will restore it to it's default location.
