By Choosing the Reports Tab allows you to view Calendar, Contacts, Contacts - modified and/or Added, Journal, Leads, loans and any custom filters that you have created using the Filter Builder.
All journal entries here can be saved in a new category with a new group name, or under the Journal in a new group that you have created.
Follow the directions below to enter a new category and new group for a journal entry.
Step 1. Open the Journal Items and right click any journal entry or select multiple entries and choose: Save Report as...

Step 2. A new window will appear asking you enter the Group and Name, For an example, I have chosen 2 journal entries that are scheduled tasks and I want to save them under journal, but I want to create a new name under Journal so I will type in Scheduled Tasks under Name:, this will create a sub-group called Scheduled Tasks under Journal.
