The WorkCenter library is a central repository for your Letters, Forms, and marketing campaign materials. This Library was designed to reduce your time and costs while increasing your marketing response. You can create your own customized library documents to further extend the collection.
The documents can be created and saved in the most popular and widely used formats: Microsoft Word™, Publisher™, Excel™ and Adobe pdf™, The basic library consists primarily of .RTF Word documents. WorkCenter also has a built in document designer enabling you to be more creative with the documents design you can also add pictures, Logo's or other graphics to each of the letters by editing the forms. The Word .RTF documents in the library are programmable as well, meaning you are able to edit the document to populate your contacts information into the document, reducing or eliminating data entry all together.
WorkCenter comes with 46 Pre-programmed letters and 11 pre-programmed emails - you also have the ability to add an unlimited number of custom letters and emails to WorkCenter.
