To configure WorkCenter to connect to your Loan Origination System (LOS) and other settings, follow the directions below.

STEP 1. Loan Origination System: Click on the default (LOS) Calyx Point, it will then give you a drop down list to choose your Loan Origination System.
Note: Currently Current version of WorkCenter only connects with Calyx Point for synchronization.

STEP 2. Loan File Directory: Click on the Loan File Directory and browse to the Loan folder.
For default LOS locations on your Local Disk (C:) See Default LOS Locations

WorkCenter will pickup all data under the folder you set for synchronization. For example, if you wish to synchronize your Borrower AND Prospect files, then you would set the default location to the C:\PNTDATA folder as in the above image, otherwise choose the borrower or prospect folder to individually to bring in just that data.
STEP 3. FNMA Directory: Calyx Point creates a default location of C:\WINPOINT\Work but other Loan Origination Systems do not. To create a location for a FNMA folder; On your desktop right click your start button, then click on Explorer, then click on Local Disk (C:) then on the right hand side of the Explorer screen will be existing files and folders, right click with your mouse in that screen and choose New then Folder, name that folder FNMA. Then in WorkCenter click on the FNMA directory: and Browse to the folder FNMA that you just created, left click with your mouse to choose it and then click the OK button.

STEP 4. Filter Loan files by: To Filter Loan files by Loan Officer or Processor, click on the default No Filter and choose either option.

STEP 5. Loan Filter: If you chose to filter by Loan Officer or Processor, click on the default enter persons name and type in the name of the Loan Officer or Processor, This allows only the loan files of that person to sync into WorkCenter. Keep in mind that the spelling has to be spelled exactly as it is spelled in your LOS. IE: If name is entered as Bill Charles in your LOS and you type in William Charles or Billy Charles, it will not be able to sync that persons loans into WorkCenter.

STEP 6. Last vSync Date: The date is automatically entered here when you vSync your loan data into WorkCenter, this way when you vSync in your loan data in the future, it will only vSync in loan data that has been created or changed since that date.
However; you are able to manually input the date, if you wish to import loan data that is older then the date that is currently listed. Example: Loans that have been closed in 2001.
