The Notes Tab allows you to enter any notes that you wish, these will then be saved into WorkCenter.

Note: The Notes Tab under the Current Tab and the Notes Tab to the left of Current (shown below) are not the same notes, the Notes here are what you have entered into WorkCenter, whereas the notes under the Current Tab were vSynced into WorkCenter from your LOS.
