Plan Management allows you to automate campaign processes, such as; automated email campaigns, scheduled letters and other automated contact features.

Note the heading called "Active".  If the action plan is checked "Active" it is ready to run those plans based on your choice in the Contact List Manger List. If you uncheck this box that plan will not run, instead it allows you to keep the plan for future use rather then deleting it.

By right clicking on any of the current plans, such as; Internet Leads - Refinances, enables you to create and edit plans.

By clicking on Edit Plan, allows you to make changes to any of the existing actions by clicking on any of the fields, such as; Action and then choose from the options listed in the drop down window to create the action.

You control these actions by choosing if the action is active or not, by putting a check mark in the Active box.

By clicking on any of the Letter Name / Description columns, gives you several options to choose from, such as; creating an email campaign, letters to send, phone calls, notes or create your own name by typing an appropriate description of the action.

The Delay column sets the number of days to elapse between steps, setting the Delay to "0" tells WorkCenter this action happens immediately or immediately following the previous action.

You may also create your own Action, by clicking on the plus sign located on the bottom left side of Edit Plan.

These actions action plans created will be automatically loaded to your calendar and also added to the "Journal Tab" under the specific contact records when you select "Process Items" if you have chosen for that to happen in Setup Options. See Creating Journal Entries.
