WorkCenter drag and drop capabilities for scheduling contacts.
To create a schedule for a contact click on the Schedule Tab, then choose a contact in the Contacts List and left click with your mouse and hold down while dragging into the appropriate time within the WorkCenter Schedule or left click and choose option. Also See Task Scheduler

You may also click on the Schedule an Appointment icon
to schedule contacts, located on the WorkCenter Menu.

After you have chosen the type of appointment, the Event window will appear allowing you to enter additional information.

Choosing the Recurrence button opens the Event recurrence window, allowing you to schedule recurring events, such as; Weekly sales meetings.

If you need to change the time or day of your scheduled appointment or task, just click on the appointment inside the calendar and drag it to another time in the WorkCenter Schdeule or to the mini-calendar to the right to schedule for a different day.
To mark the task completed double click on the task and the Event window will open. If you mark the task completed and drag the task into the Task Manager, you will notice the task now shows with a line through it indicating it has been completed.
