To create and send Email choose a contact from the Contacts List, then choose from any of the following 3 options:
(1) The Email icon
Send, (located on the WorkCenter Menu)
(2) The Email icon located to the right of the contacts Email address, under the Contact Tab.

(3) The File drop-down list Send (shown in below image).

To Email a document you must first choose a document from the library before clicking on send.
Note: To send Email to Multiple Contacts you must choose a library document. See Sending Email to Multiple Contacts.
