The synchronization settings allow you to customize whether or not you wish certain actions to happen when vSyncing in your LOS data.

Convert Case: If you choose Yes it will automatically Convert contact names to the correct upper and lower case text if they have been entered in your LOS as all upper case letters. IE: JOHN LENDER to John Lender

Create Vendors: If you choose Yes it will automatically add the vendors to the Contacts list as a contact and also to the Contacts list Manager Vendors Group.

Create Employers: If you choose Yes it will automatically add the vendors to the Contacts list as a contact.

Vendor Key Fields: For duplicate checking and the format. FileAs imports the contact in LastName, FirstName format and when importing contacts a second time it will search upon these key fields so as not to create duplicates (Looking for the LastName,FirstName). FileAs+Vendor type searches upon the LastName, FirstName and the Vendor type.

Loan File: You can choose whether or not you want WorkCenter to store this information Internally or externally. In the Current version of WorkCenter it only pulls the information from the existing database.
