| Click here to update your WorkCenter CRM to the 4.0 version. The WorkCenter license agreement allows users to receive all updates to the software for twelve months following the purchase date.
Caution: If you purchased WorkCenter before January 2007 and have not yet purchased your updates to WorkCenter 4.0, do not update to this version. Once the database has been updated to a 4.0 version, you will not be able to open this database nor use your current copy of WorkCenter CRM software until you purchase the update contract.
Users sharing a database: If you have the option to update to the 4.0 version and you are sharing a database with other users, you will need to close all other copies of WorkCenter prior to updating to the 4.0 version. Once that computer copy has been updated, close WorkCenter and move the second computer copy. Follow this same process for all copies sharing the same database.
