WorkCenter 5.5 has significantly modified the database structure to enhance your ability to communicate and track client relationships. The upgrade to version 5.5 will not lose data but many fields explained in the user manual may be erased.
Version 5.5 Now Available!
Click here to update your WorkCenter CRM to the 5.5 version. The WorkCenter license agreement allows users to receive all updates to the software for twelve months following the purchase date.
As always, vForms recommends that before making any updates a complete database backup takes place.
Caution: If you purchased WorkCenter CRM before April 21, 2008 and have not yet purchased your updates to WorkCenter 4.0, do not update to this version. Once the database has been updated to a 5.5 version, you will not be able to open this database nor use your current copy of WorkCenter CRM software until you purchase the update contract.
Users sharing a database: If you have the option to update to the 5.5 version and you are sharing a database with other users, you will need to close all other copies of WorkCenter prior to updating to the 5.5 version. Once that computer copy has been updated, close WorkCenter and complete the update on the next computer. Follow the process for all computers sharing the same database.
